Biography

Jennifer and Heather, the twin sisters known as The Kinleys, grew up in Philadelphia and began performing together at 8 years old. They sang Andrew Sisters and Everly Brothers songs and were also very fond of the Greasesoundtrack.

While in high school, the girls performed in talent shows, at nursing homes, and local television shows.

The Kinleys moved to Nashville after high school and spent at least six years there playing in any venue that would take them before finally getting a record deal with Sony Music Nashville.

Their debut album,
Just Between You And Me, helped the sisters receive The Best New Vocal Group/Duo award from the Academy of Country Music in April of 1998.

The Kinleys released their second album entitled
II in July 2000. The new album features the single "She Ain't The Girl For You."
