This photo shows the rather long lever frame in Aberdeen Centre Signal Box, which controlled the layout in the centre of Aberdeen Joint Station. Aberdeen Centre Signal Box was located in a cramped location on Platform 7/8, and was made redundant by the colour light resignalling project in 1981, which saw the entire station area controlled from a new computer signalling centre.
