The former Great North of Scotland Railway signal box at Inverurie. A large box, it controlled the junction with the Inverurie & Oldmeldrum Railway, the tracks of which ran directly in front of the box and had been lifted by the time of this photograph.

Inverurie box had a disctinctive "droop" in the centre of the box for a large part of its later life, however the box has recently been extensively refurbished and modernised.
