Gryphons

Gryphons (or griffons as written in AD&D) are legendary creatures from Greek myth. These are creatures possessing the head, wings, and talons of an eagle with the body of a lion. Some artists depict gryphons without the talons, with talons on all four limbs, or use another wildcat for the body.
