First Notice --
Live365.com has noticed that your broadcast may be in violation of our User’
s Agreement and/or U.S. Copyright Law. Please review your broadcast and take
all steps necessary in order to make your broadcast compliant within the
next 7 days.
Accordingly, Live365.com will immediately take steps to remove your
broadcast from our directory, and we have or will be turning off your
broadcast. In some instances your passwords have been changed pending your
response to this email.
If you are in fact not in compliance with the rules, you are in violation of
the terms of your User's Agreement. However, if you are in compliance, if
you feel this notice has reached you in error, or if you would like to take
steps to correct your broadcast playlist to ensure compliance, please
contact me by replying to this email at your earliest convenience.

We do not want to shut down anyone's site and we know our broadcasters put
in much time and effort creating their broadcasts. On the other hand, we
are required by law to act in a manner that protects the interests of the
rights holders.
