An active plate collector since age 14, 1 discovered ALPCA in 1974 and immediately joined (#2104) and since then have been pursuing North Carolina, U.S. government (CCC) and Military license plate collections. Started this sales paper in 1981 to further?the advertising capabilities for collectors, and help them to buy, sell and trade their auto related collectibles.

He focuses on the travel and human?interest aspects of these meets and on collectibles. TOM BOYD, 838 Rockway Place, Boulder, Colo. 80303.Although Tom has a general interest in old cars and automobilia, his primary collecting interest is license plates, particularly birth year (1946) and Colorado plates. He has been an active license plate collector since 1981, and joined ALPCA in 1982. He is the co-author of two major books on license plates.
JERRY BOONE,1713 West 28th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44052?4302Jerry has been collecting license plates since 1968 and a member of ALPCA since 1971. He has written numerous license plate articles for the ALPCA Newsletter, the Europlate Newsletter and The Pacific magazine. Specializing in the license plates of Micronesia, Jerry took a three-week trip to the area in 1986.
BILLY R. GREEN, 292 Northview Dr., Asheboro, NC 27203. Member #604 of ALPCA, Billy collects North Carolina city/ town plates and has one of the best and most extensive collections of military plates. He also owns one military truck and a collection of restored tractors.
