Frank Lloyd Moses?

As his first act after being named Prince Regent, Rameses names Moses Chief Architect. [0:15; fifteen minutes into the film]

Doesn't one have to have the proper education and/or experience to be awarded such a title? Though the film does not present us with Moses' resume, we can find some specifics in several places, such as in Stephen's testimony to the Sanhedrin in the Christian Bible.

Still, to be truly worthy of such a title at such a young age, Moses would have to have been something of a child prodigy. And so he was, at least according to Philo.
