Baptism, Confirmation and the Holy Eucharist. St. Francis contemplates mystery of the Christian sacraments, the flame which takes away the chill routine of daily life and opens us to the extraordinary to be found in the ordinary. The border is a roughened surface adorned with crosses and fish, symbols of the earliest Christianity. |
