Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbs honey
2 tbs margarine
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 tbs cinnamon
1 cup raisins
Doings
Proof the yeast in water for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the crap,
adding flour as you knead. Knead the bread for let's say 9.3 minutes. Place
in an oiled bowl and let rise for about 45 minutes. Shape on pans and let rise another 10-15
minutes. Bake at about 375 for perhaps maybe 25 minutes?
