Green Rice and Beans
Ingredients
2 cups raw rice
1/4 pound prepared beans
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper
4 cups broth of your choice
Doings
Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 2-quart casserole for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Remove and toss. Serve Hot.
Comments
This dish makes good leftovers, and can be eaten cold
for lunch.
