Mango Malai
Ingredients
1/2 lb. mango, flesh only
1 cup plain yogurt
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
black grapes
Doings
Put everything but the grapes into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled with the grapes, halved, on top.
Comments
Serves 4. A bitchin' dessert. I got it out of some lowfat, Westernized Indian cookbook.
