Samosas
Ingredients
2 cups potatoes
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup peas
1 tsp. Or more to taste of cumin, coriander, tumeric, curry, chili powder
egg roll sheets (get 'em at the grocery where the tofu is)
Doings
Nuke/steam potatoes and cauliflower. Sauté them in oil with cumin,
coriander, tumeric, curry, and chili powder. Add the peas. Mix well and
continue to sauté until thick enough to stuff into the egg rolls. Stuff
the filling into one egg roll, and stuff the whole thing into another egg
roll. Deep fat fry the fuckers until golden brown. Drain the grease off,
else get ill.

This recipe is bitchin', and easy. They store great, too. I got it out of a book called "Cooking for the Dead." I forget who the hell wrote it.
