It was announced in Feburary that Jack was engaged to his girlfriend, Scottish actress Maria Gomez, with the wedding planed for 2 1/2 months away.

The Talented Mr. Ripley will be released on DVD 27 June. No word on the extras to be included.

The Talented Mr Ripley received 9 BAFTA nominations.
