] Yes we are not left out by MOL. On the 15th and 16th of December there will be a Quake III Arena Charity Drive for all you gamers out there. No registration needed. All we have to do is be there on the two dates at KL Plaza. The rules?By the looks of it, the system will be free for all I guess. Each player is supposed to make a contribution to charity before playing. After 15 minutes of gameplay, the winner will receive a prize sponsored by MOL.com. SO dig in deep guys and do your part for charity by fragging away at the MOL Quake III Arena Charity Drive!

] MOL will be having a Counter Strike Tourney this coming December at KL Plaza on the 16th and 17th. Each team will consist of 4 members and the registration fees will be RM100 per team. A total of RM3,200 cash prize will be awarded to the winners. The format will be a league style with each team playing a round robin match. Check out the rules for the tourney here! ] Heard that Dennis Fong will be competing in the upcoming Babbages Tournament in the USA this coming December. Word is that he is practicing very hard to make a comeback. Mainly I think he wants to beat Fatality after finding out that Fatality has won more cash money than him in the gaming business. Who do you think will reach the finals this time? If European members can get sponsorship the tournament will be intense plus our friendly neighbours Carnage and Shearer will be too. Don't miss it!
p.s According to Fatality, he trains hard every day and the way he trains is by playing with his friends at home. He also says that after playing with his friend, not only does he improve but his friend improves a lot and are thrashing other people. Looks like I have to play Whir maybe 4 hours a day and Guitar also for another 4 hours a day. After that maybe have more rounds with Otakon and Reaper and other quakers. Hey waitaminute, I thought I was gonna concentrate on the Warzone League. Deng!

] The nightmare is back again. My computer still has the same old problem and I am having a headache due to my finals (happens only to those who doesn't study). Anyway Malaysia lost to Thailand, damn I thought that this time we would make it. Well all we have to do now is beat Vietnam hopefully to get 3rd. Maybe in a few years time we might be able to improve with the new set of youngsters in our national team.<

] Yes it is true. The ultimate graphics card from 3Dfx will not be out for consumers. This card which can actually compete head on with a Geforce 2 Ultra which will be coming out soon seemed to have a bright future even though it might be too expensive for gamers, I am talking about 600 US dollars which in turn come to around above RM2000. Talk about expensive but worthwhile. The card can run Quake III in 32 bit colour at a 1600x1200 resolution and still having a fps of 60+. Talk about sheer power. Well we shall see of the outcome of 3Dfx. Check out the full story here.

According to my resources, many players complained about the computers that were used for the tourney. ] That's what I am waiting for. Have you tried the latest version? I bet you think that it is gay especially the models and their movements. Even the new weapons are quite amusing but I find the new sniper a little weird having 30 bullets, what kind of sniper is that? Besides that, it is a little harder to aim because the models seem to be slightly slimmer when they side step and jump around. Well it may look realistic but many players don't agree with the new models and movements.
