Sarit Hadad is a rising star in the Israeli music scene. She started out a few years ago as a "wedding-singer" appearing namely in parties and family gatherings. As the oriental music scene became more popular in the last couple of years, Sarit began being played more and more on all Israeli radio stations. She got her big breakthrough with this song, which was no. 1 on the Israeli music charts in the beginning of 1999 for a few weeks. Since then she has been busy appearing with her latest album, and has also found time to take part in some children's plays, also demonstrating her acting skills.
